Sports Day 4 Grown-Ups is an annual not-for-profit event aimed to promote healthy living, team spirit, and community involvement amongst the Kerrisdale Community and beyond.

This is a grassroots effort initiated by My Loud Speaker and put together by a dedicated team of volunteers with the strong support of charities, sponsors, and businesses.

- Water Bottle.  There will be water jugs for you to fill up!
